As a mum of three I understand firsthand how overwhelming nutrition advice can feel, especially with constant and conflicting information on social media around food, training, and health.
I hold a Bachelor of Nutrition and have additional qualifications in women’s hormone health and gut health. I am currently completing my postgraduate studies in Clinical Nutrition, with a focus on developing a more specialised consultation based practice that supports people to improve symptoms and reduce their long term risk of chronic disease.
My approach to nutrition is different. I don’t believe in strict rules, restriction, or obsession over the scales. Instead, I help men and women move away from dieting patterns and build a healthier, more sustainable relationship with food and their bodies.
A big part of my work is supporting women to feel confident around food again, while also helping them translate healthy food values into their home environment. This means creating habits that not only support their own wellbeing, but also positively influence how their children see and experience food.
Whether you are looking to improve your health, manage a health condition or improve your performance in the gym, my approach is centred on implementing practical strategies for long term health.
In my spare time you will find me at The Standard Hawkesbury Performance where I enjoy weightlifting and strongman-style training.
